Rates
The fee is $150 per 50-minute session. I offer evening hour appointments.
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully.
Payment
Can be made by credit card through the Simple Practice client portal. Payment is due at the beginning of each session.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. If you are running more than 15 min. late and have not contacted me, your session will be canceled at 15 min past your scheduled arrival time and the full session fee will be due. If you do contact me that you are running late, I will only be able to provide the remaining time of your scheduled appointment.
